The job
A long, sweeping drive up to the house had cracked and broken up, with weeds and patches down its length. They wanted it re-laid as smooth tarmac that copes with the slope and sheds water clean.
What we did
We prepared and regulated the base along the full sweep, made the broken areas and edges good, then hot-laid new tarmac and rolled it in sections to an even finish — the falls and edge set so water runs off down the slope, not toward the house.
The result
A smooth, hard-wearing drive running clean from the road up to the house — no more cracks, weeds or ponding, and an even surface that handles the gradient.
